Join Us at State of Black Health 2025 Charlotte NC September 15 18 This years theme A Call for Health Justice is a summons for health equity advocates to present on the programs and initiatives that have helped move the needle toward improved health outcomes in our communities. We fight for our lives. The Center for Black Health Equity The Center is a national nonprofit organization that facilitates public health programs and services that benefit communities and people of African descent. At The Center we know that mobilizing health organizations and communities toward better health outcomes means confronting the root causes of health disparities.
