Area Agency on Aging of West Central Arkansas The Senior Specialists Serving Clark Conway Garland Hot Spring Johnson Montgomery Perry Pike Pope and Yell counties. Who We Are Area Agency on Aging of West Central Arkansas is a private nonprofit charitable organization that provides information and referral services for seniors 60 and older. We also offer many other services for seniors as well as adults with special needs and their caregivers. At Area Agency on Aging we are dedicated to providing assistance to seniors their caregivers and others in need to help them live independent meaningful and dignified lives.
