The Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc. was founded in 1968 and its mission is “to promote the achievement of excellence in public procurement through education, certification, professional development and networking of members. TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE ADVANCEMENT IN THE PUBLIC PURCHASING PROFESSION THROUGH EDUCATION, STUDY, DISCUSSION AND NETWORKING.
