Frederick Douglass The vision of the Cincinnati Aspire Scholarship Foundation began 2018 and came to fruition in 2019. Between the academic school years 2018 2024 we have awarded over 57300 to well deserving AfricanAmerican men to attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities of their dreams.
