Emergency Legal Responders (ELR) mission is to promote streamlined accessibility for disaster victims in need of legal services. We are attorneys, advocates, and community members who have worked for years to provide direct legal services to those affected by disasters in Louisiana and other disaster-affected areas throughout the United States. We are community-focused and mutual aid centered
