On Sun. Nov. 9, we have another great speaker series with Grace Ferguson from the National Audubon Society! Grace will speak about her work on the California Audubon Conservation Ranching Program where she supports California ranchers and the ACR team by coordinating the monitoring on all certified ranches, writing habitat management plans, and connecting ranchers to their local birding community & technical assistance providers. Grace brings a background of managing grazing leases on public lands, planning and overseeing the implementation of restoration projects on farm edges, providing technical assistance to landowners for carbon farming and prescribed grazing. $10 suggested donation.
