The IRS Stakeholder Liaison is hosting a virtual Practitioner Liaison Meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm EST. The purpose of the meeting is to foster open dialogue between the IRS and the tax professional community. The session will focus on communicating priority messages while also gathering issues and feedback from our tax professional partners to improve IRS services and address key concerns. During the session, we will discuss: • The Tax Pro Account • The Individual Online Account • Provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act • Executive Order 14247 – discontinuation of paper checks This meeting is open to leaders of your tax practitioner organizations as well as members. Attendees are encouraged to collect and submit feedback in advance from their members and peers.
