Meet our final panelist, Stae Hall. Stae Hall is a visionary leader, transformational speaker, and passionate advocate for personal and professional growth. She is the Founder of EmpowerEQ, a nonprofit organization dedicated to removing financial barriers so individuals can access the career and workforce development coaching they need to succeed. She also serves as CEO of the Institute for Success and Leadership Training (iSALT), where she provides executive coaching and leadership development designed to help professionals elevate their presence, communication, and influence. With a deep commitment to empowering others, Stae focuses on equipping individuals with critical skills such as conflict resolution, team building, effective communication, and problem-solving. She is especially passionate about women’s empowerment, creating spaces and resources that affirm their value, voices, and leadership. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stae is very involved in the community and serves on several boards, where she uses her expertise to drive impact, advocate for equity, and support entrepreneurship. Join us at our Women's Small Business Month Event and Mixer to hear more about their journey. Meet panelist, Kelly Carruthers, owner of Poured in Mansfield. From the court to the cork; after 20 years leading teams on the court & being a USA Basketball coach for 12 years, Kelly now leads with the same passion behind the bar, creating a wine experience rooted in community and connection. Owning a wine bar has been a lifelong dream, brought to life in January 2025 by acquiring Poured Wine Bar in Mansfield, TX. Kelly received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs & her Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from UT-Arlington. Kelly finished her 20th year in education as the Athletic Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Bowie High School in Arlington, TX. Kelly and her husband, Tre, have been married for 25 years and are proud parents of two adult daughters.
