H.A.L.T. Rescue is a non profit organization established in 2008 working to promote adoption and rescue of unwanted animals in Kern County, CA. The mission of Halt Rescue is to rehome animals that have been abandoned or rescued from a shelter, finding them loving and suitable homes for a lifetime. We are governed by dedicated volunteers who share a common vision that all living creatures deserve respect, love and fulfilment of basic needs.Our mission is accomplished through spay and neuter and adoptions to forever homes.We are located in California and provide adoption services throughout the state.
