KIDNEY HEALTH ALLIANCE OF KENTUCKY Our mission is to serve kidney disease patients and their families increase awareness and early detection of chronic kidney disease CKD provide a network for collaboration among renal healthcare providers and promote organ donation. OUR GOAL To lighten the burden of kidney disease throughout Kentucky and be a significant force in identifying kidney disease in its early stages and reducing the incidence of end stage renal disease ESRD. KHAKYis a tax exemptorganization that provides services for kidney disease patients and their families across Kentucky. We also actively educate the general public on kidney function health and organ donation with the help of our lifesized mascot Sidney the Kidney.
