As the field of allies has grown C3 San Diegos role has evolved to creating civic community around that original founding question. Knowledge to Action Networks C3s Knowledge Action Networks KANsbring together local thought leaders from planning design policy academia community development and more to discuss our regions distinctive and pressing land use challenges.
