Meet Nikki-Jean — a proud Montego Bay native, wellness coach, and fierce advocate for holistic health. 💛 After being diagnosed with fibroids, Nikki-Jean embraced a new path — transforming her life through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Her journey led to two successful pregnancies and a passion to help other women prioritize their health and healing. Now, she specializes in guiding busy professionals to show up as their best selves — and this August, she’s bringing that same energy and expertise to the CHWF Health Mission. 💪🏾 Nikki-Jean will co-lead our community fitness sessions — teaching participants how movement can be a powerful tool for healing, energy, and self-love. 💬 “It was mind-blowing to see how powerful our bodies are.
