We Are One Heart Foundation The mission of the We Are One Heart nonprofit is simple to provide affordable senior care housing living assistance and resources to lowincome seniors and veterans. aboutus Now more than ever the generation that took care of us needs our help. According to the National Council on Aging over 15 million Americans aged 65 and older are living at or below 200 of the federal poverty level. That means our seniors are struggling with rising housing and health care bills inadequate nutrition lack of access to transportation diminished savings and more.
