Fabulous work by young printmakers in north county with mentor Susan Connors, in collaboration with the Santa Maria Recreation & Parks Department! During this summer mentorship, high school students experimented with techniques including printing on a gel plate, each creating a portfolio of work to be shown at the Teen Arts Mentorship Exhibition this fall. Your support allows us to continue offering this program at no cost, as well as providing supplies to students. Join us for the opening reception and Art Walk 5PM March 21st On view in our Community Gallery March 21st May 9th. Mentorship applications are OPEN for our Spring session. All Santa Barbara County high school students ages 1318 are eligible to apply to one or more mentorships in their area. Our Guest Curator Program offers opportunities for community members to develop their professional gallery experience by presenting thoughtprovoking and exciting exhibitions.
