Meet Harold Morales, who has lived in a UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago community-integrated home in Tinley Park, Illinois, for the past 10 years. Through hard work and dedication, Harold has built a rewarding career in the food service industry. Today, Harold is a proud member of the Cracker Barrel team in Tinley Park, where he’s worked for the past year and a half. His responsibilities include dishwashing, table bussing, and food preparation. His commitment and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Harold was recently named employee of the month, and his supervisor often praises his strong work ethic and reliability. Beyond his job, Harold inspires others through the UCP Seguin Day Program, where he shares advice and encouragement during job coaching sessions.
