Each year more than half a million cardiac arrests occur in the United States. When someone's heart or breathing stops, CPR can be the difference between life and death. It's not just for medical professionals — bystanders who act quickly can double or even triple a person's chance of survival. At Point32Health, our culture is rooted in a strong community of care and shared values that shape how we work and support one another. As part of this commitment, two of our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), Pride Point and Flourish, collaborated with our Safety & Security team to offer first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) training and certification to our colleagues.
