AB 49, also known as the Safe Haven Schools & Child Care Act, strengthens protections for immigrant students & families across #California. This new law will make it illegal for Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to enter schools & child care facilities without a valid court order or warrant. Education Education Mental Health Mental Health Seneca has provided mental health services for youth and families with complex and specialized needs since 1985. In close partnership with social services mental health juvenile probation and education agencies Seneca offers an expansive continuum of culturallyresponsive traumainformed mental health services that range from outpatient treatment for youth with enduring challenges to shortterm crisis response designed to stabilize youth in times of highest need.
