We Believe That Healthy FAMILIES CREATE HEALTHIER SOCIETIES Who We Are Center for Family Health Initiative CFHI is a visionary focused goaloriented and changedriven nongovernmental organization NGO with registered headquarters in Southern California. CFHI was established to help restore family values and provides culturally tailored programs to address the needs of families and mitigate social drivers of health inequality in our communities. CFHI work with stakeholders in Southern California to improve the health and wellbeing of BlacksAfrican Americans minorities and vulnerable families. We work to support the social mental physical economic psychological and nutritional wellbeing of BlacksAfrican Americans minorities and vulnerable populations in Southern California.
