The Bucyrus Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the Bucyrus company. THE SOUTH MILWAUKEE INDUSTRIAL MUSEUM WAS ESTABLISHED TO PRESERVE AND DISPLAY FOR THE PUBLIC HISTORICAL ARCHIVES AND ARTIFACTS OF BUCYRUS INTERNATIONAL INC. AND ALL OF ITS PREDECESSOR AND MERGED COMPANIES. PUBLIC ACCESS WILL ALLOW EXPLORATION OF THE COMPANY HISTORY, THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS AND THE INTEGRATION OF TECHNOLOGY IN MACHINES AND PRODUCTS THE COMPANY PRODUCED FROM 1880 TO 2011. THE COMPANY HAD A BIG IMPACT ON THE ECONOMY AND LIFE OF MANY SOUTH MILWAUKEE RESIDENTS FOR MORE THAN A CENTURY.

Preserving the History of Bucyrus for Future Generations The Bucyrus Museum is home to the history of Bucyrus worldclass earth moving crane and drilling equipment. We are located on the second floor of the renovated Bucyrus Club 1919 12th Avenue in South Milwaukee WI. Come on in during our open hours or make an appointment for group events and see old Milwaukee and the finest engineering history. HOURS Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays 1000 am300 pm Group events are available outside of normal hours by appointment.
