One of the goals of our soccer and literacy program is to: Generate a sustained enthusiasm for and confidence in reading. Are these kids at Cassady Elementary School enthusiastic or what?! We have been partnering with Cassady for many years now and these particular kids have been the beneficiaries of our program in past seasons. Having already read the first book in the series “Born to Play,” they were very ready to move on to the sequel in the Jamie Johnson series: “School of Skill”. GROWING THE GAME WORKING TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO ALL Soccer We work to remove all barriers that could prevent a child from playing including financial cultural and religious factors. At ages 5 6 and 7 we begin taking children outside of their familiar environments. Wellness We prioritize individual development through soccer using it as a tool to foster growth while promoting health nutrition and a connection to nature to ensure our youth thrive in a sustainable and healthy world. Education We blend play and learning through our soccer and literacy programs to inspire a love for reading and ignite passion for the global game.
