Impact Latin America Impact Latin America plants God’s peace in homes and communities by mobilizing resources to equip Latin American leaders to multiply disciples, leaders, and churches by developing and delivering educational, financial, and human resources so that men and women who are influencing others are trained, coached, and cared for as they spread the gospel of Christ. We promote integrity and accountability and offer practical ministry tools to plant and support new churches. We also foster a healthy leadership and pastoral formation process involving head (knowledge), heart (character), and hands (competence).
