With deep appreciation, we wish Teacher Laura Falkenstein a bittersweet farewell from P.V. Hills, and joy as she explores new life adventures! She has made an incredible impact on our special school and has truly touched so many of our hearts. Laura began teaching at P.V. Hills in 2006, after her children graduated from our school. She has had the role of Teacher and Director and has been a source of support, knowledge, and care for so many of us through these many years. Her love of teaching our children and guiding our parents has inspired us all - and lucky for us, she will continue to be an integral part of our school by remaining on our Board as an Associate Member. The PV Hills-a-Thon was great fun for everyone! Here are some snapshots of the children giving their all and cheering each other on! During the event they also prepared healthy snacks that were purchased at their recent field trip to the Torrance Farmer's Market.
