Our German program targets three high-demand sectors: IT, green skills, and healthcare. Germany joins TBB’s growing European footprint, building on successful placements of 400+ skilled displaced workers across Belgium, Ireland, Italy, and the UK. The expansion strengthens our global network that has facilitated more than 2,500 relocations worldwide, proving that refugee labor mobility creates sustainable solutions for international talent shortages, employers and displaced professionals. Here are some key factors that can impact your CV when applying for jobs! 👉Too Long: CVs should typically be 2 pages maximum. Long, rambling CVs are poorly received. 👉Unprofessional Layout: Use a clean, modern, and professional format. Avoid graphics, photos (unless required), and distracting fonts or colors. 👉Spelling and Grammar Errors: This is an instant red flag for attention to detail. 👉Generic CV: Not tailoring your CV to the specific job (e.g. highlighting your pediatric experience for a children's hospital role). 👉Irrelevant Information: Including hobbies or very old jobs that have no bearing on the job you're applying for. 👉Unclear Dates: Gaps in employment must be explained (e.g., "Travel," "Professional Development," "Parental Leave"). 👉Vague Duties: Using phrases; for example, if you're a nurse and mention "assisted patients" instead of "Provided direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation for up to 10 residents per shift." 👉No Indication of Visa Status: Not mentioning if you require visa sponsorship is a major factor when applying for jobs independently.
