Home About Us Adopt Foster Volunteer Donate More Welcome to Moggy39s Refuge moggy NOUN British Slanga domestic cat of no particular breed Moggy39s Refuge is a statelicensed 501c3 fosterbased rescue for cats and kittens in the Greater Kansas City area. We are based in southeast Jackson County but give assistance wherever we can. We have cats and kittens of many ages available for adoption. All are fully vetted altered microchipped and live in foster homes until they are ready to be adopted.
