It was a wonderful opportunity to share CPI’s services with the liaisons—who play a vital role as a bridge between families and community resources. 💙 We are grateful for their dedication and all they do to support families in Sonoma County! This week, the Healthy Families America (HFA) team from CPI are in Portland attending the Prevent Child Abuse America National Conference! Healthy Families America is one of the leading family support and evidence-based home visiting programs in the United States. HFA was launched in 1992 by Prevent Child Abuse America with a vision to make evidence-based home visiting something every community, whether big or small, could access, knowing families and communities are experiencing many different strengths and challenges.
