Some recent snaps from the Boca Ridge/Verdi Ridge project near Boca Reservoir in Truckee, which will eventually link Truckee to Sierraville, Loyalton and Verdi in Nevada. The SBTS Pro Trail has been working on this project over the last couple of weeks to help close in on finishing the 15-mile build this year, in additional to 7.2 miles of progress made last year by contractors Johnson Trails and Steve Wentz of Momentum Trail Concepts. The project is funded by Sierra Nevada Conservancy in partnership with the Truckee Ranger District of the U.S. Forest Service-Tahoe National Forest and the Washoe Tribe. (fb)
