Welcome to The Hub A community where individuals experiencing homelessness can seek temporary transitional shelter while working with a Hub case manager to move forward in life. What We Do The Hub has 14 units that house individuals in transition from dependent to independent living. Along with housing we provide basic case management and help individuals with life skills financial accountability rental history and a strong support system. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization and continue to build strong partnerships with local organizations and individuals.
