We welcomed the children to our new space this week! Teachers Carolyn and Alyssa worked hard all summer to unpack and get the space ready, and parents put the finishing touches on during our classroom setup days last week. It was lovely to see the children playing with familiar toys and to get to know the new families in our community. *Due to changes in family circumstances, we had a few families drop out late in the summer which has left some openings for the year. Waldorf education emphasizes connections to nature and the seasons, and one way we incorporate nature into our school is through the Children’s Garden at @bradnergardens. Throughout the year the children harvest, prepare, and even eat (!) a variety of fresh vegetables and produce from our garden.
