Main Navigation Our Mission To improve the health and wellbeing of our community consistent with our Osteopathic heritage Our Vision To be recognized as a leader in supporting community health solutions Our Values Service Compassion Opportunity Partnership Excellence Integrity Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation is organized as a 501c3 509a nonprofit organization and operates exclusively for charitable purposes. As such the Foundation is a private nonoperating foundation. The Foundations purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of our community consistent with its Osteopathic heritage. It accomplishes this by awarding grants to qualified healthrelated nonprofit organizations in El Paso and Teller counties that meet its mission priorities by awarding scholarships to osteopathic medical students and collaborating with likeminded organizations to develop solutions to meet community health needs.
