United Community Center of Westchester Since its founding in November 2005nearly two decades agothe United Community Center of Westchester Inc. UCCW has positively impacted the lives of over one million individuals including families with children young adults and seniors. Established by Jackeline Agudelo a dedicated social worker with extensive field experience UCCW emerged from a recognized need for humanitarian aid in the area. Jackeline along with a committed group of volunteers believed that collective action is the most effective way to empower individuals and ensure fair treatment and access to essential services and resources.
