👟✨ Honoree Spotlight: Jason Stewardson ✨👟 We are proud to recognize Jason Stewardson as one of our 2025 Unsung Hero Award Recipients at Turning Point CDC's 2025 Sneaker Ball! 🎉 A lifelong Henderson resident, Jason turned his passion for real estate into a thriving career, purchasing, renovating, and managing hundreds of residential and commercial properties—including his dream project, the new Storage Sense facility. Beyond his professional success, Jason has dedicated himself to giving back to the community he loves. He serves on the City of Henderson Planning Board, is a Past Chair of the Downtown Development Commission, and a Past Board Member of United Way of Vance County. He actively supports local schools, the Boys & Girls Club, Smart Start, McGregor Hall, and numerous community initiatives—always with humility and a willingness to help others.
