CityWorks DC is committed to ensuring our young people have the opportunities experiences and connections they need to succeed. CityWorks DC seeks to dramatically improve early career outcomes for DC youth and young adults of color. We do this by launching innovative programs and mobilizing employers educators and city leaders to create a strong diverse talent pipeline.
