LET’S GIVE A WARM WELCOME TO OUR NEW DIRECTOR, MR.WILSON 🎉🥳🎉🥳🎉Andrew Wilson is a proud alumnus of Kingwood High School and is excited to return to his alma mater as an associate band director. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Sam Houston State University, where he performed as a clarinetist in multiple ensembles. Prior to joining the KHS band staff, Mr. Wilson taught for two years at Deretchin in Conroe ISD, where his students earned placement in the CISD Honor Band and received Division I ratings at contests. Mr. Wilson is passionate about music education and looks forward to investing in the next generation of KM4B musicians. Outside of teaching, he enjoys worship, Tennessee Titans football, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their four cats. (fb)

Our awardwinning band has performed at Carnegie Hall in NYC marched in the Rose Parade in Pasadena CAthe HEB Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade Disney World in Floridaand performed at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. In Fall 2021 we were named the Texas State Military Marching Contest Silver Medalist. We are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to another great year on the field.
