We are so excited to share The Endo Co Patient Support Group will be returning on 7/31/25 at 7:30pm EST! Living with endometriosis can be an isolating journey. We are honored to be able to facilitate a space for endometriosis patients to meet virtually for support. The goal of The Endo Co Patient Support Group is to provide an opportunity for endometriosis patients to share personal experiences and learn coping strategies. Our Support Group Leader is Amanda Dahlin Lita, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Living with Endometriosis and other chronic conditions herself, Amanda is passionate about supporting mental health and resilience for those living with chronic illness. Last week, hosted by @grandslamtrack , our founder along with @runningdiversity had a great conversation focused on the intersection of health, gender, and sports. We dove headfirst into topics like: ▪️How we can better support female athletes. ▪️How biological differences in the female body (such as sex hormones) can affect training. ▪️Raising awareness for women’s health conditions.
