We love hosting student groups in our Boxing Experiential program, where participants sample various elements of non-contact boxing in a positive, supportive, fun environment. Our unique program is designed to promote team-building for groups sizes 3-20. We tailor each experience based on the composition of the group. -- This video features a group from VU that wanted a challenging workout as they learned aspects of the Sweet Science. (fb)

Boxing Boxing Resource Center Boxing Resource Center is a nonprofit taxexempt 501. c3 organization dedicated to training youth and adults in the science and art of Olympicstyle amateur boxing. About Us BRC was founded and granted nonprofit status in 2002 on the pillars of training education outreach research and program design. The goal was to create an amateur boxing club that would encourage participants of any age race class gender or training goal whether for competition or fitness to reach their full potential.
