Whether you're proudly inked or simply curious about the art form, join LIM on September 14 at 1:00 pm. for “Tattoo: The Human Canvas”. Join presenters Lyrin Bailey, tattoo artist and illustrator at Gilded Fox Gallery, and Lauren LaBella, tattoo artist and owner/curator of The Pearl Tattoo & Fine Art Gallery, for an engaging exploration of the history of tattooing on Long Island and the influence of fine art. After the event, mingle with the artists at a reception featuring light refreshments. This event is free with museum admission, and registration is preferred.
