It is with a heavy heart that we acknowledge the passing of Carlos Carvajal. He was Artistic Director Emeritus at Peninsula Ballet Theatre, but more than that Carlos was a teacher, choreographer, mentor, and friend to anyone who walked through our studio doors. Any room that Carlos occupied was flooded with his passion, his warmth, and his love of all things dance. He inspired, guided, and humbled all of us with his dedication to the art form. We will miss his rich storytelling and his indelible spirit.
