Developmental Disability Expert Quality Trust is a non-profit organization that advocates for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Quality Trust is an independent catalyst for change in the lives of people of all ages with developmental disabilities. QT partners with people and their families so they succeed, thrive and experience full membership in communities they choose. From 10,000 to 20,000people with disabilities need good homes, work, transportation and protection under the law. Quality Trust envisions a city-wide system that accesses individuals with developmental disabilities high quality services and supports, regardless of the extent or severity of their needs. QT accomplishes its mission through effective monitoring, advocacy, and legal representation, Fand by acting as a catalyst for positive change among all stakeholders in the District of Columbia.
