Changing lives one word at a time The Portage County Literacy Council PCLC is located in Stevens Point. We provide small classes and oneonone tutors at convenient locations and online. All services are free of charge. Our mission is to help adults that live andor work in Portage County develop the basic math and English literacy skills necessary to achieve economic selfsufficiency and community integration.
