All about the Eastmoreland Tree Committee! We are taking tree orders now! 🌳 Eastmoreland Tree Committee Eastmoreland’s tree-lined streets are the pride of our neighborhood. The ENA Tree Committee works to protect and grow this canopy—for beauty, shade, and climate resilience. What we do: Track and update the neighborhood’s street tree database Help residents choose, permit, and plant new trees Host workshops on watering, pruning, and tree care Partner with schools, Urban Forestry, and local tree teams Our impact since 2020: 🌲 103 new street trees + 12 yard trees planted 🌲 Species include elms, ginkgoes, katsuras, oaks, and zelkovas 🌲 Free water bags provided to keep new trees thriving Want a tree? Each fall, the Tree Committee works with Super Trees nursery to order trees for winter planting.
