We Change a Dogs World One Dog at a Time our mission Our commitment is to save homeless adult dogs in Colorado. We do not transfer dogs from out of state. We take in owner surrenders work with local shelters to transfer expensive medical cases that they cannot commit to. We cannot help with aggressive dogs.
