We are a non-profit organization that provides kids in foster care in the western MA area with goods and services that help them feel like their peers. HelpOurKids, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) registered organization serving the needs of children in foster care in the Springfield, MA area. HelpOurKids was founded to enrich the lives of children in foster care in western Massachusetts. Children in foster care often feel different from their classmates because of their situation and HelpOurKids works to make them feel more like their peers and part of their community. We do this through our varied programs including Trashbags to Duffle Bags, The Pen Pal Project, our annual College Tour, the Book Bundle and Literacy Project, and through the fulfillment of specific requests. Our signature event is the annual Fitting For The Future at which we provide special event clothing and accessories to kids in care.
