Check out BWP FA Performance Coach Andrew Lehning working with our U12/13s and U14s at training. “Coach Lehning brings years and years of practical experience working with collegiate soccer players and various other youth athletes to our training sessions,” said BWP FA Academy Director Steve Freeman. BWP FA trains 4x a week with segments of that training embedding sports performance skills and habits. “We try very hard to support each of our players in their attempt to improve daily. Our staff works as a team - technical staff (typically 2-4 coaches) plus our GK Coach and performance coach. Yes, it is hard work and it does demand significant time preparing and executing,” continued Freeman. “But at the end of the day, we want to give our players the best working environment we can, and consistent messaging, behavioral alignment, and developing player agency through habits and principles of play is what hopefully sets our program a part.” (fb)
