It is with a heavy heart that we share the heartbreaking news that Fawaz Abu Tayeh, a member of the sophomore class, passed away unexpectedly yesterday, the result of a tragic accident. Fawaz has been with us at King’s since grade 7, and he has left an indelible mark on our school. The funeral and prayer burial will take place today, Friday, October 10, after the noon prayer at Sahab Cemetery Mosque. Condolences for men and women will be received at Al-Naber Association for three days, beginning today, Friday, after the burial and continuing Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm to 10 pm. Our heartfelt prayers and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and the King’s Academy community during this difficult time. بقلوب يملؤها الحزن والأسى، نشارككم الخبر المفجع بوفاة فواز أبو تايه، أحد طلبة الصف العاشر، الذي انتقل إلى رحمة الله تعالى يوم أمس إثر حادثٍ أليم ومفاجئ. فواز معنا في كينغز أكاديمي منذ كان في الصف السابع، وترك بصمة لا تُمحى في مدرستنا. ستُقام صلاة الجنازة والدفن اليوم، الجمعة 10 أكتوبر، بعد صلاة الظهر في مسجد مقبرة سحاب. تُقبل التعازي للرجال والنساء في جمعية النبر لمدة ثلاثة أيام، ابتداءً من اليوم الجمعة بعد الدفن، وتستمر يومي السبت والأحد من الساعة الرابعة مساءً حتى العاشرة مساءً. نتقدم بخالص الدعاء وأحرّ التعازي إلى عائلته وأصدقائه وجميع أفراد مجتمع كينغز أكاديمي في هذا الوقت العصيب.
