Hard hats on! Alongside celebrating the groundbreaking of the Downtown Library Affordable Housing Project, we also got to tour Pacific Station North—another exciting #affordablehousing community in downtown Santa Cruz. It’s inspiring to see the vision taking shape! Pacific Station North Apartments will bring 128 affordable homes for families and completes the final phase of Pacific Station, a large-scale, transit-oriented redevelopment between Pacific Avenue and Front Street. Construction is expected to wrap in summer 2026. We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome new residents home. 🏡 (fb)
