One of the questions we receive at our WSU Extension Pierce County Master Gardener 'Ask a Master Gardener' Plant Clinics is, 'What is wrong with my Fushsia? Although many times the answer has been related to inconsistent watering or to too much sun, we are often finding, Fuchsia Rust. Fushsia Rust is related to true firs and since its not likely you can remove your firs or your neighbors firs,🌲 we need to look at alternate management options. 🌿Remove and destroy fallen or infected leaves. 🌿Plant resistant cultivars. 🌿Maintain dry foliage and space plants for proper air circulation. ❎There is no chemical management suggested for Fushsia Rust.
