Donate Sharing Smiles and Laughter Powered by a passionate group of volunteers Caitlins Smiles encourages children with serious health challenges to explore their uniquely creative talents by taking part in arts and crafts activities. While creating feelings of selfworth and instilling confidence in these children the efforts ultimately put smiles on the faces of everyone involved. Fundraisers Special Volunteer Events Fundraisers help to continue our mission. Your support of these events through sponsorships attendance and purchases help to continue to provide our arts crafts activities to children in medical facilities.
