👥 Meet Frank DeAngelis Vice Chair of the Colorado Healing Fund Board of Trustees and a national voice for school safety and long-term recovery. Frank devoted 35 years to Columbine High School, serving as a teacher, coach, and ultimately principal. A survivor of the 1999 Columbine tragedy, Frank became a beacon of strength and healing—offering support to schools and communities impacted by violence across the country. Since retiring in 2014, he has continued to lead as a school safety consultant for the Jeffco School District and as a speaker across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, offering hope and trauma-informed guidance to educators, survivors, and first responders.
