SSVF Supportive Services for Veteran Families At LINK of Hampton Roads we proudly introduce our Supportive Services for Veteran Families SSVF program dedicated to the wellbeing and stability of lowincome veteran families in the Peninsula of Virginia. Our mission is clear to promote housing stability for veterans and their families whether they are currently residing in transitional housing or transitioning to permanent homes. CANLINK CANLINK focuses on placing chronically homeless individuals and families into suitable housing with ongoing case management and community support to help them achieve stability and selfsufficiency often within a twoyear period.
