Pilgrim Baptist Church broke ground on the future home of the Montessori preschool in Charlottesville’s 10th & Page neighborhood. The Community Foundation has been a partner in this effort since 2020. Once opened, this first of its kind, neighborhood-run and culturally-rooted early learning center will expand affordable childcare options in our region. Long-term and fundraising efforts continue!
